When I trained with Movement Performance Manila, I went for the most basic training program. It was definitely no walk in the park but I loved every second of it. I felt every muscle in my body working up a sweat. We used every inch of the gym and every section to train. I easily get bored in the gym but, surprisingly, the exercises were diverse enough to keep my focus. I especially loved the jumping exercises and the relay exercises. My experience with Movement performance Manila was hard work but fun and I would definitely recommend their program to even the most clueless gym goers.
